If you are a customer of PGE Obrót and you want to easily, quickly, and securely manage matters related to purchasing electricity at your convenience, you can utilize the Moje PGE application, which is a mobile Customer Service Office.

With this application, you can:

• Submit your meter reading
• Report all issues related to contract servicing
• Pay your invoices
• Check the history of energy consumption, invoice payments, and transactions
• Purchase energy for prepayment meters
• Receive notifications such as approaching payment deadlines or their expiration
• Activate the PGE eBill service
• View electronic invoices and download them
• Explore new offers and services
• Manage your marketing consents
• Locate the nearest stationary Customer Service Office
• Access document templates: applications, contract templates, contract regulations, and offers
• Add all settlement accounts to one profile and manage them without the need for re-logging

To use the Moje PGE application, log in with your existing PGE eBOK profile or create a new profile directly in the application.

To do this, you will need your Personal Identification Number (PESEL) or Tax Identification Number (NIP) if you are a business customer, and your customer number found on the invoice. The email address provided during registration will serve as the login for the Moje PGE application and the PGE eBOK system.

The application allows for quick and convenient login via password, fingerprint, or a 4-digit PIN.
